Access to the FindAgent Platform is based on a 12-month subscription with a number of feature options. Every subscription includes:

  • Access to your own, log-in protected FindAgent Platform
  • Unlimited search profiles (‘Agents’)
  • 5 users
  • Named Account Manager with phone and email support

There are additional costs for:

  • Source mapping and filtering
  • Extra users
  • Publishing via NewsFeed (RSS, XML, HTML)
  • Media Analysis Reporting
  • Access to the news archive

We can also supply solutions for shorter time periods and one-off projects. Please contact us with your requirments for detailed pricing.

 

Consultancy and training

We offer consultancy at competitive day rates. Any new client gets 1 hour of training on the FindAgent Platform included in the cost of their subscription. Additional training for individuals and teams can be arranged.

We are happy to offer clients a free trial of FindAgent. Please contact us for more information and examples of our source mapping, news reporting and Media Analysis services.

All clients buying the full FindAgent Platform have access to phone and email support from Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700. Other times by prior agreement.
