FindAgent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hapax Limited, a technology company specialising in Natural Language Processing and text analysis. FindAgent's headquarters are in London, with offices also in Stockholm, Sweden and Annapolis, USA. The Management Team each has strong backgrounds in media, marketing, communications and consultancy - all key components in the fast evolving business of digital media monitoring.

Mark Redgrave, Founder and CEO

Mark, 37, is a former Account Director at the multiple-award winning HHCL Group in London. A strategic brand, marketing and communication specialist, Mark joined FindAgent's parent company, Hapax, as Marketing Director and co-founder in 2000. Having taken over as CEO of the Group in 2002, Mark oversees all international operations and has helped FindAgent's customer base to grow to 500+ customers. Mark operates from the office in London.

Michael Petit, Co-founder and CIO

Mike, 51, is a graduate of Vassar College and has 29 years of professional IT experience at such leading firms as Ogilvy & Mather and Scudder, Stevens & Clark (Financial Services). He has concentrated over the years on the creative application of information technology to advertising and direct marketing. Mike has been CIO of Hapax since 2001 when he architected and built the FindAgent 1.0 launch service. He now oversees all of the company’s product development and service initiatives from our U.S. base in Annapolis, Maryland.

Ann-Sofie Krol, Managing Director, Sweden

Ann-Sofie, 35, is a communication expert with a background in communication, consulting and web solutions. Having worked for many years with clients like Ericsson, ABB, Volvo and SKF, Ann-Sofie joined FindAgent in August 2006 to develop consultancy offer and launch the FindAgent Competence Centre. Based in the Stockholm office, she continues to grow FindAgent's business with a powerful mix of communication planning and web strategy for SME's and large corporate customers.
